Scott and Seth Avett, founders of the Grammy-nominated folk-rock band The Avett Brothers, have brought national attention to their hometown through their artistry and authenticity.

By giving the project their name, the Avetts have elevated its mission and drawn new attention to Mt. Pleasant’s growing arts scene. The theater will stand as a living tribute to the family’s legacy, serving as a destination for artists, fans, and visitors from across North Carolina and beyond.
